I arrived in Anchorage today after an extremely long day of travel, been up since 3am and its only 6pm here now (10pm east coast). I'll be staying at the Spenard Hostel tonight. It is a lovely 50 degrees currently, which feels like fall. The mountains are white and I saw a bunch of snow while I was walking around the neighborhood. I head south to Homer in the morning where the training and fun will begin.
